Alternatively, registered users can access digital catalogs in the Gifts of Nature store!

GON Online Store
A. RegistrationRegistering for our site is simple! Just go to giftsofnature.b2baccess.com/signup and complete all required information including store name, location, phone, email, website, and resale number.
You will be asked to create a username and password. Please note that both username and password are case-sensitive.
Once submitted, your registration will be processed quickly. You will receive an email when your request has been approved.
Once you log in to the site, you will first see the Dashboard. Here you can view previously placed orders, view your GON sales rep contact information, and alter your billing and shipping information.
Also on the Dashboard, you will see four Call Outs. These are curated item collections for you to explore. We suggest checking in regularly as Call Outs are updated regularly.
C. Top Navigation BarOn the GON website, the top navigation bar is your best friend. It is where you can navigate to other pages, explore items, vendors, catalogs, and more! See below for more.
Promotions: Click the Promotions button to see what brands are currently offering website specials and deals.
Catalogs: Select the Catalogs button to browse our brands’ catalogs. Click the brand you’d like to explore and click the eye icon to view their catalogs.
Shop by Brand: Select Shop by Brands to choose the brand you want to browse exclusively.
Shop by Items: Select the Shop by Items button to browse or search by item type or with an item’s name. Here you can narrow your search with category filters and brand filters.
Dashboard: Select Dashboard to go back to the dashboard screen (see above).
Profile: Select the button with your name to update contact information, change your password, and other administrative tasks.
Favorites List: Select the heart icon to view and share your Favorites List. To add to this list, select the empty heart icon on the product page.
Cart: Select the shopping cart icon to go view your in-progress shopping cart.
D. Search Tips: Here are quick tips for optimizing your searches:
- Lose the plurals. Searching for “bracelet” instead of “bracelets” will gather more results.
- One-word searches work better than two-word searches – keep it simple.
- If you know an item number but not the brand, enter the item number in the search bar.
- If you know the brand but not the item number, explore the brand’s digital catalog first. See above for instructions.
- Explore categories! On our site, it’s easy to browse by item categories. Hover over the category you are interested in and select the sub-category. That’s it!
- If you are searching by brand and you want to narrow down your options by category, just click on the category in the top bar.
E. CheckoutWhen you are ready to checkout, click the shopping cart icon in the top-right of your screen and select Checkout Now.
If you have multiple brands in your cart, you will be asked to select which brands you are ready to checkout with. Unselect any brands you are not ready to checkout with yet (see below).
Once you start the checkout process, you will be asked for payment and shipping information. You can save your credit card information for future orders, but you will be asked to re-enter your CVV number for every transaction. This is for security purposes.
After all information is entered, select Submit & Complete. This will send a notification to your sales rep who will promptly process your order within 24 hours of receiving.
F. Other Reminders
- If you get logged out or timed out on the site, don’t panic! Your cart will still be there when you log in again.
- All orders placed on the website are reviewed and processed by a GON sales rep. This means that any mistakes or issues will be caught and dealt with.
- If you forget your username or password, simply click on the “Forgot your username?" or “Forgot your password?” links on the login page.
