For over 25 years, Gifts of Nature has been a premiere sales organization dedicated to assisting clients within the independent retail gift market. With 16 sales reps, 50+ vendors, and one showroom in Las Vegas, Gifts of Nature is here to help! Visit our About Us page to learn more!
At Gifts of Nature, we’re always looking for new retailers to share our wide selection of unique and interesting products with! All you have to do to work with GON is to meet the following criteria: 1. Run a brick-and-mortar retail shop and 2. Have a valid resale ID.

If you meet both these requirements, simply register for our online store, message your sales representative, or contact us and we’ll get you started.
Currently, Gifts of Nature represents over 50 different wonderful vendors from the world of crystals, incense, apparel, home décor, New Age, and much, much more. But don’t just take our word for it, check out our Vendor Page and explore our wide selection yourself!
To receive catalogs from any of our vendors, simply head to the Vendor Page, select which catalogs you’d like to receive, and enter your information at the bottom of the page! You should receive your requested catalogs in 2-5 business days.

Alternatively, registered users can access digital catalogs in the Gifts of Nature store!
Registered GON store users can view catalogs on the "Catalogs Page", which can be found on the top of the screen (see below).

Sales Reps

Good question! Here are a few reasons why to work a sales rep - direct from GON founder and president John Brown!

  1. A GON sales rep will never pressure you to buy anything.
  2. A GON sales rep will always make you aware of new products and lines.
  3. A GON sales rep will only suggest products they think your customers will respond well to.
  4. Using a sales rep doesn't cost you anything! Our reps are paid by our vendors.
  5. All our sales reps are really nice!
That’s easy! Just head to our Sales Reps page and look for your region’s rep. Also, registered GON store users can find their sales rep’s contact information by clicking on the “My Salesperson” button on the Dashboard page.

Las Vegas Showroom

In addition to sales reps and website, Gifts of Nature also an amazing showroom, located in the World Market Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Check out the Showroom page to learn more!
In our showroom, we see most of our customers during our Las Vegas Winter and Summer Shows. You can also visit the Las Vegas showroom between shows by making an appointment with Las Vegas showroom manager Andrew Knapp (email).

GON Online Store

Our B2B website was developed to help customers explore what GON has to offer and to help them make money. With that in mind, here are some simple tips for best utilizing this platform.

A. Registration

Registering for our site is simple! Just go to and complete all required information including store name, location, phone, email, website, and resale number.

You will be asked to create a username and password. Please note that both username and password are case-sensitive.

Once submitted, your registration will be processed quickly. You will receive an email when your request has been approved.

B. Dashboard

Once you log in to the site, you will first see the Dashboard. Here you can view previously placed orders, view your GON sales rep contact information, and alter your billing and shipping information.

Also on the Dashboard, you will see four Call Outs. These are curated item collections for you to explore. We suggest checking in regularly as Call Outs are updated regularly.

C. Top Navigation Bar

On the GON website, the top navigation bar is your best friend. It is where you can navigate to other pages, explore items, vendors, catalogs, and more! See below for more.

Promotions: Click the Promotions button to see what brands are currently offering website specials and deals.

Catalogs: Select the Catalogs button to browse our brands’ catalogs. Click the brand you’d like to explore and click the eye icon to view their catalogs.

Shop by Brand: Select Shop by Brands to choose the brand you want to browse exclusively.

Shop by Items: Select the Shop by Items button to browse or search by item type or with an item’s name. Here you can narrow your search with category filters and brand filters.

Dashboard: Select Dashboard to go back to the dashboard screen (see above).

Profile: Select the button with your name to update contact information, change your password, and other administrative tasks.

Favorites List: Select the heart icon to view and share your Favorites List. To add to this list, select the empty heart icon on the product page.

Cart: Select the shopping cart icon to go view your in-progress shopping cart.

D. Search Tips: Here are quick tips for optimizing your searches:

  • Lose the plurals. Searching for “bracelet” instead of “bracelets” will gather more results.
  • One-word searches work better than two-word searches – keep it simple.
  • If you know an item number but not the brand, enter the item number in the search bar.
  • If you know the brand but not the item number, explore the brand’s digital catalog first. See above for instructions.
  • Explore categories! On our site, it’s easy to browse by item categories. Hover over the category you are interested in and select the sub-category. That’s it!
  • If you are searching by brand and you want to narrow down your options by category, just click on the category in the top bar.

E. Checkout

When you are ready to checkout, click the shopping cart icon in the top-right of your screen and select Checkout Now.

If you have multiple brands in your cart, you will be asked to select which brands you are ready to checkout with. Unselect any brands you are not ready to checkout with yet (see below).

Once you start the checkout process, you will be asked for payment and shipping information. You can save your credit card information for future orders, but you will be asked to re-enter your CVV number for every transaction. This is for security purposes.

After all information is entered, select Submit & Complete. This will send a notification to your sales rep who will promptly process your order within 24 hours of receiving.

F. Other Reminders

  • If you get logged out or timed out on the site, don’t panic! Your cart will still be there when you log in again.
  • All orders placed on the website are reviewed and processed by a GON sales rep. This means that any mistakes or issues will be caught and dealt with.
  • If you forget your username or password, simply click on the “Forgot your username?" or “Forgot your password?” links on the login page.
If you get stuck, contact your sales rep (link) or the GON Home Office for help (800-733-7783).
Registering for the Gifts of Nature store is easy! Head to the Customer Registration Page and complete the form. Your request will be received instantly by our team and should be approved within 12-24 hours.
Hey, it happens, we all forget our passwords from time to time. No problem! Simply click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login page (here) to reset your password.

While we try to keep our items as up to date as possible, there’s still the chance that items that aren't properly listed yet. If this is the case, then please contact your sales representative and they can help you find what you’re looking for!
We are in the process of making all of our wonderful vendors available on the GON Store. If you are interested in a vendor that is currently not on the site, then please contact your sales rep for more information or to place orders with these vendors.
The good news is that you're not doing anything wrong, except maybe trying to do too much. If you are having difficulty searching double-check that your search filters are correct or select "Clear All" to start your search over.
Yes! To mark or share your favorite items, simply press the heart icon next to an item (see below). This will add an item to your favorites list, which you can then email to yourself or others.
Click the "Promotions" button at the top of your screen to view exclusive and web-only deals!
Yes! We're still working on improving the GON Store mobile experience, but for now, select "Desktop Site" or "Request Desktop Site" to view the site more clearly.

Online Orders

To view your previous orders, simply select View All Ordersat the top of your dashboard.
Due to the way shipping costs are constantly changing, you will be invoiced for shipping later by each individual vendor. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact your sales rep or call 1-800-733-7783 for assistance.
Currently, there are two ways to update your billing/shipping information. Method 1: At the top of your Dashboard there are two boxes labeled "My Bill To Location" and "My Ship Lo Location". Select the pencil icon to add or update your billing and shipping information.   Method 2: Once you are ready to checkout, you will see two boxes labeled "Bill To" and "Ship To". Select the pencil icon to add or update your information.

Yes! Gifts of Nature sales rep get the proper credit for online orders. Additionally, your sales rep will review all orders before submitting them and will help you with anything that may arise in the order process.
